Ein Feuergefecht gewinnen
In July, copies of “Winning A Gunfight, Securing victory ethically, mentally and tactically in a gunfight” were sent to the Weaver Police Department.
On the evening of July 3, officers responded to a domestic dispute and were met by a barrage of gunfire when they arrived on the scene. After a standoff, tactical officers found the suspect dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Anytime there is an officer-involved shooting, Blue Watch will send copies of “Winning A Gunfight” to that department. “Winning A Gunfight” was written by retired San Antonio PD sergeant and now ordained pastor, Tim Rupp. Tim addresses the emotional and spiritual aspects of gunfights. This is a must read for any officer that has ever been involved in an officer-involved shooting.
