Blue Watch Welcomes New Board Member<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We want to take this opportunity to introduce you to our newest board member, Deputy Chief David Agee, of the Jefferson County Sheriff\u2019s Office. David replaces Jim Cartledge who retired from the Board last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputy Chief Agee began his law enforcement career in 1986 with the Alabama Department of Corrections and in 1988, joined the Birmingham Police Department. In 1993, he joined the Sheriff\u2019s Office where he has served for over 25 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputy Chief Agee is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County and a member of the Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Leadership Series Comes to Birmingham Police Department<\/span><\/h2>\n

We’re excited to announce a partnership with the Birmingham Police Department.<\/span><\/p>\n

In September, we will bring the Strategic Leadership Series to all department sergeants. This training series focuses on basic leadership principles that anyone in a position of authority needs to know.<\/span><\/p>\n
