This was the second recent officer-involved shooting for Florence officers. Blue Watch sent copies of Tim Rupp\u2019s book \u201cWinning A Gunfight\u201d to Chief Ron Tyler to be given to these officers. If you were able to hear Tim speak last year when he visited Birmingham, you know how critical it is to get this into the hands of officers, particularly those involved in shootings.
