Winning A Gunfight<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In July, copies of \u201cWinning A Gunfight, Securing victory ethically, mentally and tactically in a gunfight\u201d were sent to the Weaver Police Department.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On the evening of July 3, officers responded to a domestic dispute and were met by a barrage of gunfire when they arrived on the scene. After a standoff, tactical officers found the suspect dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anytime there is an officer-involved shooting, Blue Watch will send copies of \u201cWinning A Gunfight\u201d to that department. \u201cWinning A Gunfight\u201d was written by retired San Antonio PD sergeant and now ordained pastor, Tim Rupp. Tim addresses the emotional and spiritual aspects of gunfights. This is a must read for any officer that has ever been involved in an officer-involved shooting.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Pray<\/b> \u2013 we need prayer warriors who will pray for us on an ongoing basis and at special events.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Volunteer<\/b> \u2013 we are in need of people who will help manage our website, social media and other aspects of the ministry. If the mission of Blue Watch is of interest to you and you have a skillset to offer, consider Blue Watch.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Faire un don<\/b> \u2013 it takes money to make all of this happen. The Lord greatly blessed us in 2020, but to continue our progress will require increased giving. You can give online or by check.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
