Blue Watch Vlogs Are Now on Facebook<\/strong><\/h2>\n

After months of planning and preparation, Blue Watch has launched its video blog series. Each week a new video will be posted on our Facebook page. Our plan is to find ways to continually engage the law enforcement community with valuable content that will challenge and inspire officers. We want these messages to be beneficial, but the only way we will know is if we hear from you!<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Leadership Series Beginning in 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Early next year Blue Watch will launch its Strategic Leadership Series (SLS) This is an in-depth yet practical series of workshops that incorporate necessary elements a law enforcement leader needs to excel both personally and professionally. <\/span><\/p>\n

The content of the series focuses on providing tools to create a highly effective leader who not only accomplishes goals efficiently, but also knows how to motivate and guide their subordinates to personal and professional excellence. This will consist of ten half-day sessions meeting once a month beginning early 2021. Officers can take single sessions or enroll in all ten at a discounted rate. Those who successfully complete all sessions will receive a certificate in strategic leadership. All attendees will receive APOST credit. Graduates will be eligible for more advance leadership training to include mentorship. The course will be led by Dr. Manuel Zarate, PhD in Organizational Leadership and he will be accompanied by other very qualified guest lecturers from Alabama and across the USA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
